1. Initial consultation
This stage is free and without obligation
A thorough assessment of your current levels of fitness and an opportunity for us both to discuss and agree your personal goals, any particular concerns you may have, and where and when you want to train. I’ll outline a rough programme and my likely charges, which we can discuss to ensure you’re happy with the approach.
2. Your personal programme
Following the consultation I provide a full report together with your key targets, recommended programme and schedule of charges, which we review together and agree.
3. Get started!
All we need do is agree a time and a place.
I bring all the specialist equipment with me.
